What is this?
This page tells you, in plain words, what Class Prayer remembers about you and what you can do about it. The grown-up version is on our [Privacy & GDPR page](/privacy) if your teacher or grown-up at home wants to read more.
What do we keep?
- Your first name and the year group you are in.
- The class code your teacher gave you, so you can sign in.
- Anything you type into the prayer planner, like your own prayers or reflections.
Why do we keep it?
So your teacher can help you plan prayer with your class, and so the next time you sign in your work is still there.
Who can see it?
- Your class teacher and the people in charge of your school.
- Sometimes a safeguarding adult at your school, if something you wrote suggests you might need help.
- Nobody outside your school. We never sell your information.
Does a computer read what I write?
Yes - we use AI to help suggest ideas for prayers. The AI never knows your name. It only sees what you typed for that prayer, and it forgets straight after. AI is just a helper. It cannot pray for you, and it never replaces a grown-up you trust.
What if I want you to stop?
- Tell your class teacher. They can ask us to delete your work.
- Tell a grown-up at home. They can email info@classprayer.app and ask us to delete everything we keep about you.
- If something on Class Prayer worries you, tell a grown-up at school straight away. You do not have to use Class Prayer to talk about a worry - the people at school will always listen.
